Hi, and thanks for visiting... As usual, we highlight all rooms wired with JPS Labs cables, as well as offer a glimpse at another cool show, this time open to the public at large in busy New York city! Be sure to point your mouse over the pictures for further insight!...

Let's start in the Audio Review.com room, where many really cool 2000 Choice Award winner products were graciously set up to view and hear. Components included SimAudio amp, Audio Research amp, Sony electronics, Harman Kardon electronics,  Newform Research speakers, Dynaudio loudspeakers, Hsu Research subs, Outlaw Audio, and more.

The room was wired with JPS Labs cables, power cords and accessories, including our Super Blue and UltraConductor for the home theater system, and Superconductor+ for the 2 channel audio system. This was a cool room, and we went from DVD video to 2 channel audio with the flick of a switch. The 2 channel system sounded excellent particularly considering its price, and the home theater system was strutting its stuff with depth charges at a few fathoms- Damn the Torpedoes... Really nice job by the AudioReview.com guys in bringing all of our products together with class!

To make sure we all felt right at home, there was even a laptop plugged into the wall with a JPS Digital AC cord (also for computers- we would not run the company's Dell Pentium 4 server without it! Click here to read more on this cord...) and hardwired with Superconductor FX with Alumiloy wire directly connected to a T1 line interface in the hotel so we could keep in touch and check email:)... Ok, so maybe I'm exaggerating just a bit:)...

The next 2 rooms were nicely done by VMAX, importer and distributor of some very fine brands such as Triangle loudspeakers, Pathos tube electronics, Audio Analogue electronics, Opera loudspeakers, Cairn electronics, and Unison Research electronics; wow what an ear and a warehouse full of goods... When we heard these guys wanted to show their listeners what their fine gear can do, JPS was happy to guarantee that the music made it completely intact from source to ear:)...

With the help from Audio Odyssey (local NJ dealer of all these products), the rooms were completely wired from wall outlets to speaker terminals with JPS Labs Power AC Outlet Centers, specialty AC power cords, and UltraConductor and Superconductor+ speaker cables and interconnects. Both rooms sounded very good, offering excellent sound at affordable prices. So many were impressed that rumor has it Mr. John (pictured below) was a very busy guy days after the show! Again, a very nice showing of some very nice equipment.

Last but of course not least was the JPS Labs, Joule-Electra, Merlin room (in alphabetical order I hope); our home away from home for a few days. Playing were the Merlin VSM Millennium loudspeakers with battery powered BAM (Bass Augmentation Module), in a very nice seemingly show stopping Ruby Heart Red, and the gorgeous Joule Electra VZN-100, 100 watt monoblock OTL amps controlled by the Joule LAP-200 tube preamp.

All cabling was JPS Labs finest Superconductor 2 RCA interconnect and NC Series speaker cables. AC cabling consisted of JPS Labs Power AC Outlet Centers, the Digital AC cord for the CD player, and the new JPS Aluminata Power AC cord on the preamp, which brought the system to its highest level!

Now this was a special room, not only because of the combination of excellent products, but because of the level of sophistication, control, and the uncanny ability to conjure up true to life detail and imaging from the original event unlike any other room heard at the show (IMO). The Audio Aero Capitole CD player as a source was wonderful, and supplied the system with great sound from any quality recording.

We had many many people commenting on how they have never heard a system reproduce music to such realistic levels. A few gentlemen who play drums all said that the drums they heard were as real as it gets! Word spread over the next few days to many other rooms, some of whom congratulated us on having heard about which room was HOT! Thanks Guys!

When you combine refined products such as these, the results should be nothing short of spectacular. We were all very pleased with the excellent feedback and sound. 

By the way, I should mention the people... The visitors to HE 2001 were some of the best I have experienced in many years at any show! I don't know what they put in the water in NY city, but keep it up:)... It was great to have such intuitive and experienced listeners in our rooms, which of course makes our jobs much easier. All we had to do is slip in a requested track and sit back and enjoy it with them. A great crowd indeed!!! In case you are not aware, next years HE 2002 show is planned to be held at the same and very fine New York Hilton again, so looking forward to seeing everyone for another round of the best next year...
